• Create a warm welcoming and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
• Implement The Learning Experiences L.E.A.P. Curriculum through hands-on learning experiences.
• Develop weekly lesson plans that support toddlers developmental milestones.
• Lead coach and mentor Assistant Teachers while promoting teamwork and professionalism.
• Ensure the classroom meets all licensing health and safety regulations.
• Complete daily health checks diapering toileting feeding and supervision while maintaining proper teacher-to-child ratios.
• Observe and document childrens developmental progress.
• Maintain accurate daily reports photos and parent communication through the schools communication app.
• Build strong positive relationships with children families and fellow team members.
• Maintain a clean organized and engaging classroom environment.
• Participate in staff meetings training and ongoing professional development.
• Support center events family engagement activities and school-wide initiatives.
• Model positive behavior and uphold The Learning Experiences mission and values every day.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 year of professional childcare or teaching experience required; lead teaching experience preferred.
• Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Strong classroom management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Must meet all state licensing requirements for Lead Teachers.

• Full-Time
• MondayFriday 8:00-5:00
• Approximately 40 hours per week

• Lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Frequently bend kneel squat and sit on the floor.
• Stand and move throughout the day.
• Participate in indoor and outdoor activities in varying weather conditions.
