- Lead an Infant Toddler Preschool or VPK classroom
- Create a safe nurturing and engaging learning environment
- Implement The Learning Experiences proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Develop and execute age-appropriate lesson plans
- Track and document childrens developmental progress
- Build strong relationships with families through daily communication
- Ensure compliance with all DCF licensing standards and health and safety requirements
- Mentor Assistant Teachers and support a collaborative classroom environment
- Foster childrens social emotional physical and cognitive development
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare center preschool daycare or early learning program
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of DCF 45-Hour Child Care Training (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to meet all Florida licensing requirements
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Active CDA Credential
- Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Experience as a Lead Teacher Preschool Teacher Childcare Teacher VPK Teacher Infant Teacher or Toddler Teacher
