Pay: $22 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Lead and support classrooms across the center based on daily needs
- Implement The Learning Experiences proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Create developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Maintain strong classroom routines organization and positive guidance
- Support and mentor classroom teaching teams
- Build strong relationships with children and families
- Maintain required classroom documentation
- Help ensure consistent educational quality throughout the center
- Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing health and safety requirements
- Massachusetts EEC Lead Teacher Certification required
- Certification/qualifications to work across multiple early childhood age groups strongly preferred
- Professional experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting required
- Strong classroom leadership and management skills
- Dependable flexible and comfortable supporting different classrooms
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- $22 per hour
