Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced System Architect in Requirements Engineering with strong expertise across key automotive domains.
  • This role will drive high-quality requirements definition analysis and validation while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.

  • Driving Assistance & Chassis
  • Active Safety Warnings & Parking

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements development analysis and management across multiple automotive domains
  • Ensure requirements are clear testable and aligned with system and business needs
  • Collaborate with system software and validation teams throughout the product lifecycle
  • Support impact analysis change management and traceability
  • Drive best practices in requirements engineering and mentor junior engineers
  • Interface with stakeholders to clarify technical expectations and resolve gaps

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (Automotive Electrical Systems Mechanical or related field)
  • Extensive experience in Requirements Engineering within the automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of vehicle systems and architecture
  • Experience with requirements management tools (e.g. DOORS Polarion Jama etc.)
  • Familiarity with ASPICE ISO 26262 or other automotive standards is preferred
  • Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
