What You Will Do:

Technical Leadership

• Build and Unit Test flexible scalable and robust integration applications for integration between Sales SFDC Billing Zuora platforms and with vendor applications to manage the invoicing cycle.
• Assist in definingsoftwarearchitectures while collaborating with team members
• Take leadership and responsibility for successful delivery of the solutions
• Help define and enforce technical standards best practices and coding guidelines for supported applications.
• Assist on architecture decisions with a strong understanding of business impact.
• Work in a fast paced Agile/SCRUM environment.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams (US India and others) to ensure consistent quality delivery.

Delivery Execution & Collaboration

• Partner with Product Owners to help translate operational needs into actionable technical work.
• Lead technical planning and estimation for operational enhancements refactors and other enabling initiatives.

Coaching Mentorship & Influence

• Provide technical guidance coaching and mentorship to junior level engineers within the support organization.
• Promote strong engineering habits including system documentation and knowledge sharing.

What You Will Need

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field.
• 7-10 years of professional software development experience with significant experience developing in serverless architecture.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Java Python and REST API or similar technologies
  • Modern web technologies (Angular React TypeScript)
  • SQL and data modeling for production systems Postgres Oracle Dynamo DB
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) especially services used for event-based architecture.
• Experience with asynchronous processing eventdriven systems and microservices architectures.
• Working knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment CICD practices.
• Ability to balance shortterm operational needs with longterm architectural improvements.
• Strong communication skills capable of conveying technical concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a global distributed team environment.
