Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead/Senior Product Manager with experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms such as Orange Logic or Aprimo. This role will focus on managing DAM implementations migrations workflow configuration change management and process improvements. The ideal candidate is highly organized execution-focused and experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver successful business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead DAM implementation migration and optimization projects.
• Manage project scope timelines risks and stakeholder expectations.
• Configure and improve DAM workflows and business processes.
• Drive change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Coordinate across business operations and technology teams.
• Identify process improvements and implement scalable solutions.
• Ensure successful delivery of project goals and business objectives.

Required Skills

• Experience with DAM platforms such as Orange Logic or Aprimo.
• Strong project and program management experience.
• Experience with workflow configuration migration efforts and change management.
• Excellent organizational communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and execution skills.

Preferred

• Experience with content management digital asset governance or marketing operations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and process improvement initiatives.
