Job Summary
OCI is growing alongside Oracles expanding AI data center portfolio creating the need for program leaders who can bring structure visibility and disciplined execution to fast-moving work. Were looking for a Program Manager who can organize complex initiatives align diverse stakeholders and move high-priority programs from planning through delivery.
In this role youll manage strategic program delivery across business operations and community-facing workstreams. Youll translate organizational priorities into clear plans ownership models milestones and outcomes while ensuring work flows into central planning reporting prioritization spend tracking and leadership visibility.
You will partner across Oracle stakeholders to establish program structure manage dependencies track commitments and spend and maintain visibility into progress risks decisions and follow-through. Your work will help the organization scale high-impact programs that support Oracles broader AI data center expansion.
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity untangles complex problems and turns high-priority ideas into measurable results.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Technical Program Leadership & Execution: Manage technically complex programs from initiation through implementation establishing program structure milestones dependencies ownership and accountability across multiple technical and business teams.
Implementation Planning: Translate technical and business priorities into clear implementation plans milestones deliverables decision points and execution roadmaps.
Dependency & Risk Management: Identify track and manage dependencies blockers risks and escalation paths across interconnected workstreams.
Technical Stakeholder Coordination: Partner across technical operations security infrastructure and business stakeholders to align priorities resolve execution challenges and maintain momentum.
Program Visibility & Reporting: Develop clear reporting mechanisms and recurring updates that give leadership visibility into program status risks blockers decisions and delivery timelines.
Process & Delivery Improvement: Develop tools playbooks and repeatable delivery practices that improve execution across technical and operational programs.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in Program Management Engineering Operations Information Systems Business or a related field.
Proven experience leading technically complex programs from planning through execution.
Strong technical program management organizational and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing dependencies risks implementation plans and cross-functional technical workstreams.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities including experience communicating with technical and senior leadership audiences.
Ability to effectively collaborate with and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple organizations.
Experience supporting infrastructure security data center cloud physical security or operational technology programs is a plus.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $116600 to $264100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus equity and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect Oracles differing products industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
