Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional infrastructure and operational programs across OCI
• Drive execution of data center infrastructure initiatives from planning through delivery
• Coordinate across engineering operations networking capacity planning and executive leadership teams
• Develop scalable program governance reporting and risk management mechanisms
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to improve operational efficiency and visibility
• Manage program dependencies milestones and escalation paths across multiple organizations
• Deliver executive-level communications status reporting and strategic updates
• Identify execution risks proactively and drive mitigation strategies
• Support organizational prioritization and operational decision-making
• Operate effectively in highly ambiguous fast-moving environments

• 10 years of technical program management or infrastructure program leadership experience
• Strong experience supporting large-scale data center infrastructure or cloud environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead highly complex cross-functional technical initiatives
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leveraging AI tools automation or operational intelligence workflows
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure networking systems and operational dependencies
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority
• Experience operating in high-growth rapidly evolving organizations
• Strong analytical operational and organizational skills
• Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or related technical discipline preferred

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $116600 to $264100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus equity and compensation deferral.
