Pay: $22$25 per hour (based on education and experience)
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Lead daily routines and educational activities for a Pre-K 4s classroom
- Implement engaging lessons that support kindergarten readiness
- Foster childrens language literacy math science and social-emotional development
- Create a safe organized and stimulating learning environment
- Mentor assistant teachers and promote classroom consistency
- Build strong partnerships with families through regular communication
- Observe document and support childrens developmental progress
- Ensure compliance with all New York State and NYC health safety and licensing requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher in Early Childhood Education required
- Previous preschool or Pre-K teaching experience preferred
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practice
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Must meet all New York State and NYC childcare licensing requirements
