What Youll Do

As a Lead Preschool Teacher youll create a welcoming engaging classroom where children feel confident curious and excited to learn every day.

Your responsibilities include:

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and daily learning experiences
• Foster childrens social emotional cognitive language and physical development
• Create a safe nurturing and engaging classroom environment
• Encourage creativity independence and positive peer relationships
• Observe assess and document childrens developmental progress
• Build strong relationships with families through regular communication
• Mentor and support Assistant Teachers while promoting teamwork and collaboration
• Maintain classroom organization while ensuring compliance with health safety and Montana licensing requirements
• Partner with center leadership to deliver high-quality early childhood education

What Were Looking For

• Previous experience as a Preschool Teacher or Lead Teacher in a licensed childcare or early learning program
• Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
• Experience planning and implementing preschool curriculum
• Excellent classroom management communication and organizational skills
• Positive dependable and collaborative leadership style
• CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
• Ability to complete all required Montana licensing training and background check requirements
