Lead PR07U 2nd Shift Debone Center Tx (FT)

Job Details:

9.25/hr with a $1.00 shift premium for 2nd Shift

Summary:

Assist Supervisor with department set-up and daily operations.

Ensure compliance with USDA production and HACCP requirements.

Monitor shoulder cuts debone mechanical issues and meat supply.

Make staffing decisions based on product flow mix and attendance.

Relieve line personnel as needed and fill in for absenteeism.

Perform wash down during breaks and maintain general housekeeping.

Serve as Supervisor backup during their absence.

Applicant must have at least six months of Lead experience with single employer within the last 12 months
