What Youll Be Doing
- Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure safety efficiency and quality targets are met
- Serve as a point of contact for frontline employees providing direction coaching and support
- Monitor equipment and processes addressing issues proactively to minimize downtime
- Promote and enforce safety policies procedures and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with supervisors and maintenance teams to optimize workflow and performance

- Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to guide and motivate teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound operational decisions
- Effective communication skills with a focus on teamwork and accountability
- Working knowledge of production processes equipment and safety practices
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple responsibilities

Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
