We are seeking a safety-focused and results-driven Hot Mix Asphalt Lead Person to support daily plant operations coordinate production activities and help ensure the efficient manufacturing of high-quality asphalt products. This role serves as a key operational leader promoting safety quality and teamwork while supporting plant performance goals.

• Lead and coordinate daily asphalt plant operations to support safe efficient and productive manufacturing.
• Monitor production processes and plant performance to maintain product quality and operational excellence.
• Support and direct plant personnel to achieve production schedules and operational objectives.
• Perform inspections troubleshooting and coordination of maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability.
• Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to lead motivate and coordinate teams in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of asphalt plant operations equipment and production processes.
• Ability to identify operational issues make sound decisions and resolve problems effectively.
• Commitment to workplace safety quality standards and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication organizational and teamwork skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and comply with all company safety requirements.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.

• $32-36 per hour.
