Job Description:-

Security Clearance:-

  • Public Trust

Education/ Certification Mandatory:-

  • Associate Degree or Bachelors Degree
  • Paralegal Certificate or Equivalent Experience

Work Experience Mandatory:-

  • Minimum 5 years paralegal experience
  • Experience supporting corporate legal matters
  • Document management experience
  • Legal filing and records management experience
  • Transaction support experience

Education/Certifications Nice To Have:-

  • NALA Certified Paralegal (CP)
  • NFPA Certification
  • Bachelors Degree in Legal Studies

Work Experience Nice To Have:-

  • Securities transactions support
  • Corporate governance support
  • Banking law support
  • Due diligence support
  • Government legal support

Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Maintain legal files and transaction records
  • Coordinate document collection and review
  • Support due diligence efforts
  • Track deliverables and deadlines
  • Assist with transaction closings
  • Prepare document packages and exhibits
  • Support monthly reporting requirements
  • Maintain document control and records management processes
  • Assist attorneys with research and case documentation
