Lead OCMManager

Role Summary

Lead organizational change for largescale Managed Service Program Enterprise AI transformation programs Drive stakeholder engagement adoption and business readiness across global IT operating model changes including outsourcing transitions and service provider shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Change Strategy Planning
• Develop and execute OCM strategies assess impact on IT operating models roles processes governance define RACI conduct readiness assessments
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Identify stakeholders drive engagement plans and facilitate workshopstownhalls to ensure alignment and adoption
• Communication Management
• Design targeted communication plans transition messaging and track effectiveness
• Learning Enablement
• Conduct training needs analysis deliver training on processes tools and service management leverage AI tools
• Execution Governance
• Lead OCM lifecycle planning to stabilization track adoption and change KPIs ensure business continuity and SLA readiness

Required Experience

• 10 years in OCM including 5 years in ITAMS transitions
• Experience in outsourcingservice transitions and SAP S4HANA programs
• Strong knowledge of IT operating models service management and SLA frameworks
• Experience with digital adoption tools WalkMe SAP EnableNow and AIenabled content creation

Qualifications

• Degree in Organizational Psychology Business Administration IT or related field
• Certifications ProsciADKAR ITIL preferred
• Familiarity with SAP Activate AgileWaterfall delivery models
