As a Lead Motive Service Team Member for our products and services responsibilities will include:
- Visiting customer facilities to evaluate needs and develop solutions.
- Developing a strong grasp of the features and capabilities of multiple product lines.
- Installation of all makes and models small and large forklift battery and power systems.
- Maintenance of existing systems.
- Exceeding our customers expectations.
- Some travel required
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have:
- Must have experience with installation and maintenance of forklift batteries and chargers.
- High degree of initiative and dependability
- Strong customer service/solutions focus.
- Excellent interpersonal organizational and communication skills
- Basic mechanical skills
- Basic electronics knowledge is a plus but not required
- Computer literacy a plus.
