Ensures timely completion of tasks and provides training and mentorship for an assigned function area. Assists with Maintenance Supervisor responsibilities for short periods of DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensures all tasks are promptly completed in compliance with federal regulations customer guidelines and company required customer and FAA paperwork to ensure proper maintenance updates and compliance with applicable regulations and customer the maintenance preventative maintenance or alteration of component or part thereof only for which that Lead is rated and has satisfactorily performed the work concerned at an earlier maintenance tasks as required and becomes an active member of the crew meetings to ensure communication regarding work safety and technical data to order parts and ensure material is effective for component being installed on. Ensures all parts for specialty area are ordered in a timely manner. Reviews all parts in Engineering is submitted in timely manner as for keeping all assigned areas clean and audit ready. Identifies and eliminates hazards that pose a risk to employee safety and quality of work. Ensures compliance with safety for on-time delivery in assigned skill set in coordination with other skill customer adjusted due dates and hour and approves labor hours and monitors progress of labor Supervisor of variations in labor requirements to ensure most efficient utilization of labor and resources and to avoid LOW when opportunities to develop DER effectively with other maintenance personnel at all levels by keeping co-workers and leadership apprised of work progress and difficulties as they questions from internal customers as for setting timeframe expectations with technicians on task On-the-Job Training (OJT) to provide learning opportunities through work assignment and changes to processes to improve efficiencies and with communicates and provides guidance to team members on ATS policies procedures and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements. Promotes Balanced Technician and develops technical and leadership skills of the with Supervisor all information on assigned employees including disciplinary problems. May deliver or give input with performance evaluations on assigned regular feedback and performance coaching including appropriate management of time prioritizing tasks and ensuring proper knowledge and training to accomplish assignments to all members of assigned for accuracy of clocking into jobs for assigned for adhering to all ATS required and predictable and appropriate conduct with DUTIES:Performs other duties as Delegated Inspector duties as AND EXPERIENCE:Minimum of four (4) years recent component commercial aircraft maintenance and/or MRO experience experience Repairman Airframe or Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification EFFORT AND DEXTERITY: While performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to sit stand and walk; use their hands and arms; and talk or hear; and focus on objects close employee may be required to stoop kneel crouch or crawl. The employee may also be required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds using proper lifting full base pay range for this position is $33 - $50 hourly not including bonuses or benefits. Your pay will be based on your experience skills and education as well as internal equity to ensure fairness across the team. Candidates closer to the lower end of the range are typically building their expertise while those at the higher end bring significant experience and specialized knowledge.
