Job Summary
Coated Buckets Machining
- Define document and control production processes including tooling and equipment.
- Lead improvement projects focused on Safety Quality Delivery and Cost.
- Own and drive output performance for assigned lean line(s).
- Apply best practices and serve as a coach and resource to other Manufacturing Engineers.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing performance.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering from an accredited university or collegeora high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Experience with LEAN manufacturing principles.
- Experience in CNC machining and programming.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience with milling grinding and EDM machining
