Lead Manufacturing Engineer

• Define document and control production processes including tooling and equipment.
• Lead improvement projects focused on Safety Quality Delivery and Cost.
• Own and drive output performance for assigned lean line(s).
• Apply best practices and serve as a coach and resource to other Manufacturing Engineers.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing performance.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering from an accredited university or collegeora high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Experience with LEAN manufacturing principles.
• Experience in CNC machining and programming.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with milling grinding and EDM machining

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position the pay range for this position is between $91700.00 and $152700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110% 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
