Lead Maintenance Tech

TheLead Maintenance Technician will perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines mechanical equipment or the structure of an establishment in repair. Duties may involve plumbing; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing aligning and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings floors or stairs. Direct maintenance employees to perform daily duties tasks and responsibilities. What Youll Do:Train or manage maintenance personnel or and test machines or equipment to diagnose machine parts supplies or equipment from catalogs or machines or equipment to access and remove defective parts using necessary routine maintenance such as inspecting drives motors or belts; checking fluid levels; replacing filters or doing other preventive maintenance mechanical problems and determine how to correct them using blueprints repair manuals or parts catalogs as and lay out repair work using diagrams drawings blueprints maintenance manuals or schematic install or repair wiring electrical or electronic components pipe systems plumbing machinery or cutting torches or welding equipment to cut or join metal or repair counters benches partitions or other groundskeeping services such as landscaping or snow general cleaning duties of buildings or and support all policies procedures goals and objectives of Avalign Cutting Instruments (ACI).Any and all other duties as Youll Need:5 years Maintenance experienceHigh school diploma required Bachelors degree a computer knowledge Email Excel Word ability to lift 40 work ethic and to work well under minimal to work independently and as a -motivated and the capacity to take detail oriented quality-minded attitude and determination to be Best in to lead by example and learn ACI processes and procedures.
