McCain Foods is accepting applications for aMaintenance Leadposition to work a12-hour night shift at the Burley Idaho plant. Responsible for the safe execution of maintenance work in support of the production lines by performing mechanical duties on industrial the utilization of all maintenance resources including people time and trains and assists others in blue prints schematics and other Piping and Instrumentation Drawings (P & Ids) to install repair maintain and troubleshoot industrial maintenance requirements and parts/supplies needed to repair equipment and keep production running train others on the maintenance team.
Accountabilities:
Promotes and adheres to company safety regulations as a Champion of Safety.
Prioritize maintenance tasks and responsibilities to ensure that maintenance work is executed in a safe andtimelymanner.
Responsible for shift performance and the completion of scheduled maintenance work on all plant processing and packaging equipment.
Serves as a team leader and/or mentor toassistother mechanics with their duties.
Contributes to building a positive team spirit through personal positive attitude and building morale of the maintenance team.
Listens to and works with maintenance team membersin order torecommend future training requirements.
Promotes acustomer focusedteam environment.
Capable ofmulti-tasking and performing diverse functions with little supervision.
Qualifications:
Proficient in the use of computers including the ability to enter data andmaintainExcel spreadsheets and the ability to use e-mail.
Completion of one year toward anAssociatedegree (A.A.) or the equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; a minimum of six (6) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and aptitude
Welding and fabrication skills
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Skills:
Leads instructs andassistsothers in the safe execution of maintenance work as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Performs root cause failure analysis on equipment and system failures that result in more than thirty (30) minutes of downtime.
Monitors and ensures that all maintenance documents are inputted correctly and accurately in the computerized maintenance system (CMMS).

Compensation Package:$ - $ Starting at 38.04 USD hourly Bonus eligibility Hourly Pay Differential for applicable shifts
