Lead Low Voltage Technician

We are seeking an experienced Lead Low Voltage Technician to lead a small crew while performing hands-on structured cabling work. The primary focus will be pulling terminating testing and labeling CAT6 cable while ensuring the crew maintains quality productivity and safety standards.

• Lead and direct a small crew of Low Voltage Technicians.
• Pull route and install CAT6 cable.
• Terminate CAT6 cable at patch panels jacks and other endpoints.
• Test and troubleshoot CAT6 cabling to verify proper performance.
• Label and organize cabling according to project requirements.
• Read and follow drawings cable plans and project specifications.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor crew progress.
• Ensure work is completed accurately safely and on schedule.
• Communicate with site management and address field issues as needed.

• Previous low voltage/structured cabling experience required.
• Strong hands-on experience pulling terminating and testing CAT6 cable.
• Previous lead or crew-lead experience preferred.
• Ability to read cable plans drawings and project documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to lead a small crew while remaining hands-on in the field.
• Reliable safety-conscious and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
