Lead Line Cook

As the Lead Line Cook at Park Place Hotel you will be responsible for ensuring all food orders are prepared correctly and maintaining an organized and efficient kitchen line. This role requires leadership during busy service times and demands closing shift availability including weekends.

• Oversee and organize the kitchen line to maintain efficiency during service
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
• Lead and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation
• Work closing shifts and weekends as required

• Previous experience as a line cook or similar kitchen role
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Availability to work closing shifts and weekends
• Food safety and sanitation knowledge

• Competitive hourly wage of $24.00 - $26.00 paid bi-weekly
