• Coordinates the prevention of aquatic incidents through the policies rules and regulations governing the conduct of owners/guests while preventing pool emergencies.
• Provides emergency care/treatment as needed.
• Routinely inspects area to ensure cleanliness equipment is in good working condition.
• Knowledge of water rescue methods life guarding and first aid practices and techniques.
• Other duties as assigned by your leader.

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Poses a lifeguard CPR & First Aid certifications.
• 2-3 years of Lifeguard experience preferred.
• Flexible to work any day of the week and any shift including weekends and Holidays.
• Ability to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity cold/heat dust and noise.
• Move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Requires occasional handling and maneuvering of persons in excess of 100 pounds.
