Act as our spas lead / trainer and ensure the team is meeting its goals
Perform high-quality facial and skincare services while consulting with clients and build personalized treatment plans
Recommend retail products upgrades and memberships
Meet or exceed service and retail sales goals
Build long-term client relationships through education and results
Active Esthetician license (state-required)
Proven retail and in-room upgrade performance
Sales-focused goal-oriented and self-motivated
Professional reliable and team-driven
Liability insurance required
Base hourly pay OR per-service commission plus upgrades retail commission gratuity and bonus opportunities
