Lead Janitorial Cleaner

ABM is looking for a Lead will lead and participate in a team to ensure the successful completion of assigned tasks. The employee is responsible for the running and leadership of the shift in the absence of the Supervisor. When the Supervisor is present the lead worker may also be responsible for directing smaller work groups. While disciplinary authority is not given to this position it is expected that the Lead will report performance issues to the Supervisor.
Days: Monday-Friday
Time: 5:00am-1:30pm
Pay: 20.00 Hourly

Perform routine Lead a team. cleaning tasks including sweeping mopping vacuuming dusting and polishing floors and surfaces
Clean and sanitize restrooms replenish supplies and ensure hygiene standards are met
Empty trash and recycling bins andwastein accordance withcompany policies
Clean windows mirrors and other glass surfaces
Maintain and store cleaning equipment and supplies properly
Report any maintenance issues safety hazards or supply shortages to the supervisor
Assistwith setup and cleanup for meetings events or special projects as needed
Follow all safety procedures and company protocols related to cleaning and sanitation
