Hours:Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

Job Description:

Aleph Preschool housed in Beth El Synagogue in St. Louis Park MN is seeking a dynamic caring nurturing and experienced individual to teach in our Infant Room. This teacher will interact with children as young as 12 weeks old up to 16 months old. Aleph Preschool helps children establish a strong sense of identity develop a passion for learning and help to cultivate their instincts to positively impact the world. This individual would play a key part in making this a reality for our students.

Requirements:

• DHS Lead Teacher qualified: see link for required qualifications9503.0032 - MN Rules Part
• Minimum one year experience as a lead teacher in an early childhood classroom infant teacher preferred.
• Experience with professional written and oral communication
• Knowledge of Judaism Teaching Strategies GOLD Creative Curriculum
• Minimum of an associates degree (preferred)
• Passionate about working with young children and their families
• Ability to participate and engage in all classroom activities (lifting up to 30 lbs sitting/kneeling on the floor diapering etc.)
