Pay Range: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Available for qualified candidates who meet position requirements credential requirements (PDIS Level 2 or higher where applicable) and schedule availability requirements. Bonus paid according to company policy and employment agreement.

Position Summary
- Lead daily classroom operations and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Foster strong attachments and responsive caregiving practices.
- Implement The Learning Experiences proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
- Observe and document developmental milestones.
- Coach support and mentor assistant teachers and support staff.
- Maintain compliance with Colorado licensing regulations and health and safety standards.
- Build trusting relationships with families through ongoing communication and partnership.
- Complete classroom documentation assessments and daily reports.
- Support center-wide initiatives events and enrollment efforts.
- Ensure active supervision and safe care practices at all times.
