Our Lead Installers are paid on a task pay/piece rate structure with strong earning potential based on experience production efficiency and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installations
• Install HVAC systems ductwork and components
• Oversee installation quality and jobsite efficiency
• Train and mentor install assistants
• Ensure work meets code and company standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years HVAC install experience
• Lead experience preferred
• EPA Certification
• Valid drivers license
