HVAC Lead Installer

What You Will Do:

• Install air conditioners furnaces duct systems heat pumps and accessories (air filters thermostats etc.)
• Lead a team of installers to ensure high-quality and efficient installations
• Provide top-notch customer service and maintain strong communication
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
• Follow all safety policies and procedures and uphold industry standards
• Ensure HVAC systems comply with regulations and industry best practices
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

What You Will Bring:

• 2 years of Residential HVAC installation experience required
• Journeymans License is a plus
• Certification from a technical school is a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills to lead an install team
• Ability to work with mobile devices for communication with customers and office staff
• Maintain high safety and quality standards
• Meet pre-employment requirements including drug testing physical exams and background checks
• Valid drivers license with an acceptable MVR

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g. attics crawl spaces basements).
• Prolonged periods of standing kneeling and bending.
• Ability to work at heights (e.g. ladders elevated plat forms).
• Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
