Lead Genesys Developer

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Lead Genesys Developer for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Plano TX. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.

This role will lead the architecture design development and implementation of enterprise Contact Center solutions primarily focused on migrating from Genesys Engage to Genesys Cloud CX. The ideal candidate will serve as a lead developer designing and building customer-facing IVR applications intelligent routing strategies and custom integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture design development and implementation of enterprise Contact Center solutions utilizing Genesys Cloud CX and Genesys Engage platforms
• Design and build customer-facing solutions including IVR applications self-service capabilities intelligent routing strategies omnichannel engagement and customer journey orchestration
• Serve as the Lead developer for Genesys Engage to Genesys Cloud CX migration and modernization initiatives
• Develop integrations between Genesys platforms and enterprise applications CRM systems and third-party services
• Design and implement custom solutions using Genesys Cloud APIs SDKs Data Actions Web Services and integration frameworks
• Create scalable secure resilient and highly available Contact Center architectures
• Produce technical specifications architecture diagrams solution designs and implementation artifacts
• Collaborate with business stakeholders product owners and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle
• Drive platform modernization cloud transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application platform and performance issues

Requirements:

• 8 years of Development experience in Genesys
• Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX (PureCloud) Genesys Engage (PureEngage) and Genesys Connect (PureConnect)
• Experience with Architect Flows IVR Development and Scripting and Routing Strategy Design (IRD)
• Proficiency in Call Flow Engineering Reporting and Analytics and Omnichannel Contact Center Solutions
• Experience with Java Python JavaScript and JSON/XML

Pay range: $58.26 - $66.26 per hour
