GA Telesis MRO Services Component Repair Group (CRG) is committed toprovidingthe most comprehensiveaircraftmaintenance repair overhaul and logistic support services to the commercial rotor and areseeking an experienced Lead Fuel Technicianto join our award-winning teamwith afocus onthemaintenanceof aviationmaintenance fuel components in accordance with component maintenance manual instructions (C.M.M.). This position supports supervisory functions by coordinating daily work activities guiding production staff and monitoring equipment and process performance. The Lead Fuel Technician ensures that all safety protocols quality standards and production targets are consistently met fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork. They serve as a key liaison between management and production employees facilitating communication training and problem resolution to maintain smooth operations and high employee morale. This position is based in Miami FL.

**Important Notice:
Eligibility Requirement: Only U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead fuel component testing repairs overhauls and/or alterations in accordance with parts 43 and 145 in the Code of Federal Regulations with particular emphasis on fuel-controlled actuation pumps valves controls HMUs etc.
  • Documents procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance (e.g. repairs test results applicable modifications and inspection results).
  • Performs validation/verification testing of systems and components.
  • Troubleshoots complex pneumatic hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components.
  • Inspects components and verify repairs for flightworthiness requirements.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of production processes and equipment; report issues promptly
  • Train evaluate and develop production staff to maintain high performance
  • Organize and coordinate workflow for efficient and smooth operations
  • Enforce company policies rules procedures and safety regulations consistently
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Associates degree or equivalent technical training or four years related experience
  • A&P certified preferable and capable of performing full maintenance IAW all OEM technical data.
  • Aviation MRO Software-QuantumControl preferred
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience preferred
