Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for performing duties relative to the operation of assigned Food & Beverage locations across the resort. Supports management in directing and coordinating venue activities including daily operations ensuring a positive environment for Guests and providing work direction and assistance to Team Members.

Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs operational duties including but not limited to daily opening and closing of venues processing shipments inventory movement monitoring waste administration of daily break sheets providing break coverage completing spot audits and end of day partnership with venue leadership supervises and supports all facets of the locations daily operation. Assists with ensuring that all Team Members facilities and materials are in complete readiness for daily operation. May assist with additional administrative tasks in support of venue operations.
  • Consistently provides supports and manages the expectation of exceptional Guest service and food quality including TM readiness adequate stock of supplies promotes cleanliness models service standards and follows established venue procedures. Remains in strict accordance with Department of Health and Beverage Laws. Assists venue leadership in conducting audits including but not limited to PPE EHS and FSS audits and assists with allergy process in venue.
  • Provides work direction to Team Members and monitors performance to ensure standards are followed and maintained while providing in the moment feedback and recognition. Utilizes the Lead Observation Report for feedback and reports behavior requiring discipline and documentation to the management team. Involved in daily shift meetings and/or spot talks as needed.
  • Assists with training new and current Team Members including conducting OJT position training providing and completing training checklists and partnering with venue leadership to ensure the Team Member is fully signed off on applicable duties. Provides daily in the moment training as needed.

EDUCATION:

High school degree or GED required.

EXPERIENCE:

1 years of experience in cash handling retail sales or food service experience; or equivalent combination of
education and experience.
