TES Staffing is partnering with an established rapidly growing women-owned commercial flooring contractor to find an experienced Lead Flooring Installer for their Central New York team.
This is a company that keeps its crews busy.

Youll travel to jobsites across the region lead quality crews and have the support of an experienced office team that understands what it takes to get work done in the field.
What Youll Get

Were looking for the person everyone on the jobsite naturally looks to.
The Lead Installer should be the person who can walk onto a project earn the customers confidence organize the crew solve problems before they become delays and jump on the tools when another set of hands is needed.
Youll be the bridge between the field and the office the eyes and ears on every project making sure the work is completed safely professionally on schedule and to the highest standard.
This isnt a job for someone who wants to sit behind a desk. Were looking for someone who takes pride in their work earns the respect of their crew and isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves when the job calls for it.
