Lead Financial Analyst, Frontier Systems

Were seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to join our Frontier Systems finance team. This role is built for someone with a rigorous analytical background e.g. investment banking consulting and/or corporate FP&A whos ready to take on an operating role. The modeling and analysis you already do well will drive real program and business decisions.

• Influence P&L Outcomes: Take end-to-end ownership of program financial analysis. Youll need to both track performance and understand the operational drivers behind it well enough to influence them.
• Be a Strategic Partner: Partner with program leadership and proposals teams on pricing strategy and forecasting bringing insight and context to decisions on margin cost and risk.
• Tell the Story: Turn monthly forecasts and margin analysis into clear insightful commentary for program and business-line leadership. Youll highlight the trends and risks that matter.
• Make the Case: Build the business cases behind investment developing rigorous well-structured models with defensible assumptions that hold up to scrutiny from finance and business-line leadership.
• Build for Scale: Identify opportunities to improve how we forecast report and capture cost across products and contracts and build the processes and tools that keep forecasting and cost capture accurate as the business line scales.

• 4 years of experience in FP&A investment banking management consulting or corporate finance
• Robust financial modeling and Excel skills with strong quantitative and analytical horsepower
• Intellectually curious you dig into the why behind the numbers and arent satisfied stopping at variance explanations
• Bias-to-action you are comfortable identifying and fixing gaps in process
• Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast iterative pace
• Sharp written and verbal communicator able to translate financial detail into a narrative leadership can act on
• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field
• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
  

• Prior experience in a program/product finance or corporate FP&A role
• ERP experience (Oracle Foundry)
• DoD and/or tech industry experience

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience education and/or training critical skills and/or business considerations.
