Lead Enterprise Architect

Position: Lead Enterprise Architect Company: R.W. Mercer Co. Contract Details: Full-time R.W. Mercer Co. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Enterprise Architect to join our team. The Lead Enterprise Architect will play a crucial role in driving the companys strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful implementation of our enterprise architecture. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain the companys enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals and objectives - Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions - Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide systems and processes to support business operations and growth - Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions that align with the companys architecture and business needs - Ensure the security reliability and scalability of the companys systems and infrastructure - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the architecture and development teams - Develop and maintain architecture documentation standards and best practices - Monitor and track the performance of the companys architecture and make necessary improvements and updates - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in enterprise architecture and make recommendations for continuous improvement Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field - 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex systems - Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles frameworks and methodologies - Experience with cloud-based technologies and infrastructure such as AWS or Azure - Proficiency in system integration and data architecture - Experience with Agile methodologies and project management - Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Certifications in enterprise architecture such as TOGAF or Zachman are preferred At R.W.
