Pay: $20$23 per hour (based on education and experience)
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Lead the daily operation of our 2-Year-Old classroom using The Learning Experiences proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Plan engaging developmentally appropriate activities that support language cognitive physical and social-emotional development
- Foster independence through consistent routines positive guidance and hands-on exploration
- Create a safe organized and welcoming classroom environment
- Mentor and support Assistant Teachers while promoting teamwork and classroom consistency
- Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and developmental updates
- Observe and document childrens developmental progress
- Maintain compliance with all New Jersey childcare licensing regulations and health and safety standards
- Bachelors Degree Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education CDA or High School Diploma with at least five years of relevant early childhood experience
- Previous experience leading a toddler or two-year-old classroom preferred
- Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
- Excellent classroom management leadership and communication skills
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Must meet all applicable New Jersey childcare licensing requirements
