Job Summary
Overview
The Lead Distribution will serve as a multi-tasked leader for the preparation of human tissue
distribution. This position will require a leader who is professional mature and very well-organized. Daily
communication for time-sensitive shipping and receiving duties are required. Following through with high-
level attention to detail and follow-through are required.
Responsibilities
- Must adhere to Good Tissue Practices established by FDA 1271 part20 AATB Standards GMP Annex I standards as well as company procedures and policies.
- Abides by regulatory standards and guidelines for hCTP and CGMP procedures.
- Lead trainer for new hires
- Responsible for receiving and verifying all distribution orders
- Responsible for organizing day-to-day duties as it pertains to distribution
- Responsible for initial review donor tissue implantation packets prior to release for distribution
- Responsible to delegate staff as required
- Responsible for inventory management within storage freezer on-site and at storage facilities
- Complete understanding of dedicated ground couriers
- Understanding of international distribution requirements
- Remains highly functioning at quality multi-tasking and organization
- Engage with vendors on supplies and inventory needs
- Oversee projects related to operational optimization as designated
- Oversee LMAT iCloud implantation forms organization
- Lead physical inventory counts.

- Proficient in all clinical job functions
Qualifications
- High school diploma GED or equivalent
- Microsoft computer skills needed
- Scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stock
- Receiving stocking and stacking
- Pulling packing and loading
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency
- Able to work independently and within a team
- 6 monthsshipping experience.
Compensation:
$32.00 - $36.00 per hour
The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role may also be eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors including skills competencies experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
