Are you an experienced Direct Support Professional (DSP) ready to take the next step in your career Community Access Services (CAS) is hiring a full-time Program Lead in The Dalles to provide hands-on support while helping lead the day-to-day operations of a residential program serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

As a Program Lead youll continue providing direct support while helping ensure the success of the home.
Responsibilities include:
- Building meaningful person-centered relationships that promote independence dignity and choice
- Assisting individuals with daily living activities including personal care meal preparation household tasks and hygiene
- Supporting community outings appointments recreation employment and personal goals
- Encouraging independence confidence and skill development
- Administering medications and completing documentation accurately
- Maintaining a safe clean and welcoming home environment
- Serving as a mentor and positive role model for Direct Support Professionals
- Advocating for the choices rights and well-being of the people you support
Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) or in a Direct Support Professional role required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to become an approved company driver
- Ability to pass a national background check
- Strong communication leadership problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and assist individuals with mobility needs
