New Hire Sign-On Bonus $1500Overview:Are you a natural leader with a passion for supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities We are looking for aLead Direct Support Professional (Lead DSP) to oversee the daily operations of a group home and ensure high-quality care and support for the individuals we serve. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable organized and committed to fostering a safe respectful and engaging youll need:High school diploma or least 2 years of experience in the Human Services be at least 18 years Pennsylvania drivers license and eligibility for agency to obtain required clearances (PA State Police Child Abuse FBI if applicable).Willingness to complete Medication Administration CPR and First Aid training upon to a personal mobile device for work communicationWhat youll bring:A compassionate and respectful approach to supporting individuals with diverse leadership and organizational skills to manage daily home operations.A proactive mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to safety and communication skills to collaborate with team members families and external partners.A typical day-to-day may include:Overseeing the implementation of Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and daily activity individuals with personal care daily routines and community-based medication administration and ensuring medical needs are addressed fire drills safety checks and maintaining household transportation and maintaining communication with families and team with documentation including assessments progress notes and attendance confidentiality and compliance with agency policies and state the Program Specialist with audits training and program development.
