Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Engagement: Implement and lead individualized support plans built around the persons specific interests strengths and sensory needs.
- Behavioral Facilitation: Utilize and lead evidence-based positive strategies to promote emotional regulation and de-escalation.
- Community Navigation: Act as a bridge to the Lititz community facilitating social participation that is both purposeful and dignified.
- Documentation: Maintain high-level data collection and narrative reporting to track support needs trends and milestones.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors Degree required (Psychology Education Social Work or Recreational Therapy preferred NADD certificate accepted).
