  • Clinically: You hold a Bachelors degree in Psychology Education Special Education Social Work Recreational Therapy or a certificate from NADD and are eager to apply your experience to real-world outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Engagement: Implement and lead individualized support plans built around the persons specific interests strengths and sensory needs.
  • Behavioral Facilitation: Utilize and lead evidence-based positive strategies to promote emotional regulation and de-escalation.
  • Community Navigation: Act as a bridge to the Lititz community facilitating social participation that is both purposeful and dignified.
  • Documentation: Maintain high-level data collection and narrative reporting to track support needs trends and milestones.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelors Degree required (Psychology Education Social Work or Recreational Therapy preferred NADD certificate accepted).
  • Experience: Proven experience implementing behavior support a plus!
  • Logistics: Valid drivers license reliable vehicle and ability to pass comprehensive background clearances.
