This role combines hands-on delivery responsibilities with leadership duties including training new drivers supporting heavy routes and acting as a liaison between delivery staff and ResponsibilitiesDelivery OperationsSafely transport and deliver beverages to and unload products using hand trucks dollies or pallet on high-volume or complex routes when ServiceBuild and maintain strong relationships with customer concerns resolve issues and ensure accurate order shelves coolers and racks to maintain product up promotional displays in line with company & Record ManagementManage product returns and reconcile accurate driver logs delivery records and DOT compliance MaintenanceConduct pre- and post-trip maintenance needs and keep vehicles clean and & TrainingTrain mentor and support new delivery feedback to leadership on route performance and driver as the primary point of contact between drivers and & ComplianceFollow DOT regulations and company safety safe transport of all & SkillsValid Commercial Drivers License (CDL Class B or Class A with air brakes endorsement).Minimum of 2 years delivery or transportation Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).Strong customer service and communication organizational and time-management to lift and move heavy products (cases kegs etc.).Prior leadership or training experience & BenefitsDaily rate of $267Comprehensive medical dental and vision coverage.401(k) plan with company time off holidays and sick advancement opportunities within a growing beverage distributor.
