Lead Deburr Technician Night Shift Aerospace

The Night Shift Lead Deburr Technician performs a variety of operations to grind refine polish and deburr surfaces of metal or synthetic materials. Knife (edge break) parts in the form of castings machined parts and blanks. Uses belt sanders manual blast equipment abrasive wheels buffing wheels and drill presses. The lead role takes responsibility for training new employees mentoring their development and performing inspections of their work and for miscellaneous administrative tasks as directed by the role is identified as requiring ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliance; therefore qualified candidates must meet the definition of a U.S. Person (per EAR Part 772 and ITAR 120.15):An individual who is granted U.S. citizenship orAn individual who is granted U.S. permanent residence (i.e. a Green Card holder) orAn individual who is granted status as a protected personEssential FunctionsTo accomplish this job an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
