What Youll Do

• Lead and support a production team while coordinating daily activities to ensure safe efficient and high-quality food production.
• Oversee production processes including drying freezing wet and dry processing sifting grinding boxing and packaging operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures GMPs SOPs PPE requirements and Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) standards while promoting a safe work environment.
• Monitor product quality perform and verify Critical Control Point (CCP) checks participate in audits and address quality or handling issues promptly.
• Coordinate equipment setup sanitation activities production readiness shift transitions and scheduled cleaning tasks to support operational goals.
• Train coach and develop team members assist with onboarding communicate updates and support employee performance and accountability.

What Youll Bring

• High school diploma or GED required.
• A minimum of two years of production experience or an equivalent combination of related experience education and training.
• Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Excel email ERP systems online training platforms and file management.
• Ability to prepare reports maintain documentation analyze basic data and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Strong math skills attention to detail and forklift experience preferred; forklift certification may be required with training provided as needed.
