About the Customer Service Representative Role

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Waste Connections youll play a critical role in supporting our customers and ensuring safety and service excellence for our drivers and our communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls with professionalism and accuracy.

• Process customer requests including new service setup service changes and service discontinuations.

• Accept customer payments and assist with billing questions or account updates.

• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to determine service needs and resolve issues.

• Provide safe costeffective environmentally responsible solutions to customer service concerns.

• Manage escalated customer calls.

What Were Looking For

• 2 years of highvolume customer service experience

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• A proactive mindset and dedication to customer satisfaction

• Ability to problemsolve and work in a fastpaced environment

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
