Lead Custodian

Koniag Professional Services (KPS) a Koniag Government Services company is hiring a Lead Custodian. This is a union benefits will be provided by the Lead Custodian:Leadership: Supervise coordinate and assign tasks to custodial staff. Provide guidance and training to team members. Assist in hiring and onboarding new team Management: Oversee routine cleaning (vacuuming dusting trash removal etc.) Manage specialized cleaning projects. Inspect work to ensure quality standards. Develop cleaning schedules and Management: Order and maintain cleaning supplies/: Act as point of contact between staff and management. Liaise between custodial staff and other : Ensure adherence to federal facility cleaning protocols and Tasks: Handle complex cleaning tasks. Assist with setup/cleanup for special : Report maintenance issues or safety : Lead team in cleaning load balance for compliant notes: Reports to for various areas including offices restrooms common areas and exterior grounds. Ensures a safe and healthy :U.S. CitizenHigh School Diploma or GED (Prefer high school diploma).Capable of performing heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors shampooing rugs and washing in managing custodial care projects and able to lift 50 clear written and verbal communication be dependable hardworking conscientious cooperative and able to work carpet and floor care :Mandatory-Advanced Custodial Technical Certification from the Cleaning Management Institute (CMI)Our Equal Employment Opportunity Policy:The company is an equal opportunity employer.
