Lead Creative Producer

LEAD CREATIVE PRODUCER // EAGLE BROOK CHURCH

JOB OBJECTIVES

• Leads the Media Production team and oversees the creation of a weekly kids show and other media projects that bring Eagle Brook Churchs mission to life
• Works closely with the Media team to ensure creative excellence and alignment across church-wide initiatives while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
• Supports large-scale projects provides strategic creative input and helps guide the professional growth of team members
• Reports to the Media Strategy Manager

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Supervises and leads media producers and screenwriters fostering a culture of creativity innovation and collaboration
• Supports the creation and development of the churchs kids media ensuring it engages children and supports biblical teaching in a creative way
• Partners with the Media Strategy Manager and key stakeholders to offer creative direction guidance and quality control for church-wide media and branding efforts
• Collaborates Creative team members to deliver impactful content for weekend services
• Takes on additional responsibilities as assigned staying flexible to meet the teams and churchs changing needs

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

• Participates in church services volunteer opportunities and ministry events to stay connected with the churchs community and mission
• Explores industry trends creative inspiration and innovative techniques to share with the team
• Builds relationships with staff in other departments to encourage collaboration and strengthen the Creative teams reputation across the church
• Takes on one-off projects outside regular responsibilities such as helping with big weekend projects
• Offers constructive feedback or consultation to other teams needing creative input on their projects
• Organizes and participates in activities that build camaraderie and keep the Creative team energized such as team-building exercises and celebrations
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

• Follower of Jesus and aligns with Eagle Brook Churchs 9 core beliefs
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of related experience
• Expert leadership and development skills
• Expert video production process skills
• Strong creative vision and execution skills
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Strong ideation and brainstorming skills
• Excellent relational and cultural awareness

• FSLA Status: Exempt / Salary
• Salary: $73000 $75000
• Employment Classification: Full Time
• Regular/Temporary: Regular
• Workdays: Monday Friday (generally)
• Work Hours: 8:00 am 4:30 pm (generally)
• Remote Eligible: may be eligible to work remote one day per week
• Ministry/Department: Creative Arts
• Team: Central Creative

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Regular moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
• Regular communicating with others to exchange information
• Regular light work that includes adjusting or moving objects up to 30 pounds in all directions
• Regular repeating motions that may include the wrists hands and/or fingers
• Regular sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders stairs scaffolding ramps poles and the like
• Occasional medium work that includes adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions
• Occasional noisy environments and outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind low temperatures and high temperatures
