Job Summary

The Lead Coordinator Development & Environmental supports the Construction department by coordinating reporting tracking project progress and facilitating communication across cross-functional teams. This role provides operational and analytical support to leadership develops presentations and reports and ensures timely follow-up on permitting and project milestones while building a broad understanding of development and environmental processes.

Essential Job Functions

  • Develop and maintain executive-level presentations (e.g. PowerPoint) to communicate project updates performance metrics and key insights to senior leadership
  • Support weekly and monthly reporting processes by compiling analyzing and validating data related to development and environmental projects
  • Track and monitor the status of active construction projects ensuring updates are accurate and aligned across systems and stakeholders
  • Follow up on permits and regulatory requirements to ensure timely completion and compliance with development timelines
  • Coordinate and participate in cross-functional meetings documenting key updates action items and next steps
  • Responsible for sorting incoming team mail and sending mail on behalf of leadership
  • Responsible for the administration of maintaining licenses
  • Scheduling calendar events for the department
  • Act as a liaison across Construction and other internal teams to support communication and alignment
  • Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and project tracking
  • Build knowledge of Construction Development and Environmental functions to support ongoing operational effectiveness

Qualifications :

  • Education required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Education preferred: Associates Degree or Equivalent
  • Experience required: At least 3 Years experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office and Excel skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
