Design and implement data ingestion identity resolution and realtime customer profiles in AEP. Configure schemas datasets and sources ensuring data governance and privacy compliance. Build and manage customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer across email SMS push and inapp channels. Implement audience segmentation decisioning and realtime personalization using custom events and triggers. Integrate AEP with AJO and external systems via APIs for seamless data flow and activation.
