The Technical Part:

• Bachelors Degree inConstruction Management Civil/Mechanical Engineering or relatedwith at least ten(10) years of experience.
• PMP OSHA 30 membership preferred.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish).
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
• Experience in:
  • Capital project experience and facility construction.
  • Track record leading multi-discipline multi-contractor field organizations through full lifecycle

AS A PIECE OF FITS YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Lead the field construction organization: WPO Leads Construction Managers Construction Quality Leads and Assistant Construction Manager.
• Own field HSE leadership in partnership with the HSE Director; enforce LIFE program and BeyondZero expectations.
• Support CM with the construction look-ahead daily and weekly planning rhythms and constraint removal on the owner side.
• Own contractor performance management productivity tracking and field issue escalation.
• Partner with the Lead PM and PC27/PC21/Enabling PMs to deliver milestone-by-milestone against the program schedule.
• Champion quality-at-the-source culture; ensure first-time-right execution on critical systems.
• Lead constructability inputs into design and value engineering.
• Build and run the field leadership teams operating cadence (daily plan-of-day weekly look-ahead monthly construction reviews).
• Supporting in constructability reviews and site logistics efficiencies.
