Were currently seeking an experienced Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Davenport Iowa. We welcome qualified candidates from outside the area and are proud to offer relocation assistance for the right individual.

• Position: Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician
• Location: Davenport IA
• Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday 8-Hour Shifts
• Overtime: Available
• On-Call Rotation: Required
• Compensation: Up to $55/hour depending on experience

As a Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician youll be responsible for diagnosing servicing and repairing a wide variety of commercial and industrial HVAC systems while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose troubleshoot repair and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC equipment
• Install replace and commission HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections testing and system start-ups
• Complete warranty repairs equipment adjustments and emergency service calls
• Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate findings with customers
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company and OSHA standards
• Mentor and assist less experienced technicians when needed

• 5 years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Iowa HVAC License or the ability to obtain one during the introductory employment period
• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• High school diploma or GED

• Experience servicing educational commercial healthcare or industrial facilities
• Strong working knowledge of:
  • Chillers
  • RTU / Package Systems
  • Cooling Towers
  • Boilers
  • Pumps
  • RTUs
  • VRF Systems
  • VAV Systems
• OSHA 10 Certification (or higher)
• OEM certifications such as Trane Carrier Daikin York Lennox or Johnson Controls
